The Real One Group began its real estate journey in 2013, starting in Gurgaon. Over the past 11 successful years, we have grown significantly and recently expanded our presence to Dubai, with a new office on Sheikh Zayed Road. In Gurgaon, we primarily relied on channel partners, leveraging an underwriting model for all our projects—a strategy we are now bringing to Dubai.
